I somehow left this one out on Friday, so here it is:
Ossan’s Love (Japanese Drama, New)
This one was a short three episode special that aired in 2016 but due to its popularity, the producers decided to make the story into a full-on drama.
As a 33 single male who dreams of getting married to a big bosom girl but having no luck at all, our hero is completely confused when he accidentally discovers his own pictures in his boss’ phone.
His heart sinking at the possibility that his 55 year old male boss, whom he greatly respected actually has been harboring a crush on him, our hero’s already confusing world is thrown into complete chaos when his roommate (also male) suddenly confesses his feelings as well.
Caught in the middle as his roommate/co-worker starts an all-out cat fight with his boss over him, our hero embarks on his own hilarious self discovery of what love is.
This one is laugh out loud funny…but the kind that makes you wonder “Oops, was that politically correct to laugh at that…?” Then do it again a minute later as you laugh at another hilarious scene. This one is definitely worth checking out…if you are in the mood for some good laughs and don’t mind feeling a bit guilty while doing so.
